After moving from the East Coast over a decade ago, Nicole now calls Newport Beach home. Her own experience finding a sense of place in Southern California has deepened her understanding of what truly matters when it comes to buying or selling a home—insight she brings to every client relationship. Nicole is known for forming meaningful, long-term connections with her clients and takes pride in making the process feel personal, supportive, and truly tailored to each individual.

With over seven years of industry experience and real estate licenses in both California and Florida, Nicole works with a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers and seasoned investors to those looking to renovate, expand, or explore new opportunities in the market. Her background spans property management, home renovation, ADU planning and construction, and commercial development, giving her clients a rare, full-spectrum view of the market and its potential.

Before transitioning full-time into real estate, Nicole served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of an international company with $ 100 M+ revenue, where she also led the company’s marketing department. This experience sharpened her skills in brand strategy, high-level operations, and client engagement—tools she now leverages to provide elevated service and results-driven solutions. As part of The File Group, Nicole brings her clients the added advantage of working with one of Orange County’s leading real estate teams.

Outside of real estate, Nicole enjoys cooking, traveling, boating, animals, volunteering, long walks, and Pilates. She is also a certified yoga instructor, a reflection of the grounded, intentional mindset she brings to her work and everyday life.
